Here are just a few quick tips to help you use the AVM-2000 efficiently. 

bulletHelpButton.jpg (996 bytes) Help buttons located in each module to access HTML Help for the selected module
bullet[ F 11 ] key available to do a "Print Screen" of virtually any AVM-2000 page screen.
bulletQuery Builder available for most Reports to find just what you're looking for.
bulletExport to Spread Sheet functions available for most Query Reports in the system  (MS Excel or Lotus formats)
bulletAn asterisk (*) after a field denotes a Quick Fill field. As you begin to type into a Quick Fill field, the AVM-2000 will match the text with the most appropriate existing data in the corresponding database
bulletItalic Labels allow you to make choices from Browse Lists, select dates from a calendar, perform calculations, etc. These labels change to a cross-hair ( + ) when you move the mouse over them
bulletThe Spell Checker can be used to check virtually all memo text fields
bulletEnter today’s date in most date fields using the PageUp key (or PageDown to make the date field blank)
bulletDouble-Click on the background of any form to "Dock" the window in the top left corner of the screen.
bulletUse the Window Menu to move back and forth between Open Windows/Forms on the Desktop
bulletAuto-Dial Phone Numbers using the Right-Click in any Customer or Vendor’s Phone Number field using your modem
bulletPhrases Database to populate with your own "canned" text statements to use throughout the AVM-2000; especially for 337 Back text, etc.
bulletPhraser accessible in any memo text/comment field using the Right-Click
bulletFax documents from within AVM-2000 using the Microsoft Fax or your own fax software (see your Windows 95/98 Help for assistance with installation, if necessary [Start Button/Help])
bullet[ F1 ] key available for Field Level Help in many AVM-2000 fields
bulletHelp > AVM-2000 Help menu option to access HTML Help using Table of Contents or Search options for Help in any AVM-2000 module
