The integrated optional Print-to-File module for AVM-2000
allows you to "print" to PDF and other file types, as well as EMAIL
directly out of AVM-2000 ! This new option is available
in AVM-2000 versions 5.10u and above, on existing Print buttons in many
modules.

It’s here ! Now you can use our new Print-to-File option to create PDF,
RTF, Word2000.DOC, Excel2000.XLS and plain TXT files from many AVM-2000
printouts. Then easily EMAIL these files from inside AVM-2000 (No
additional software needed)!

Do you want
to get organized and be more efficient ? You can
now store all of your AVM-2000 "documents" electronically in one
folder – making it easy for all users to find, print and/or email these
files ! Electronic "copies" (or "images") of the
AVM-2000 printouts are stored in PDF or other file format onto your
computer. These files will look generally like a standard AVM-2000
printout would when printed to a hard copy. |
A FREE EVALUATION is available for the
Print-to-File module for all users with version 5.10u or above. The
evaluation is good for 50 unrestricted file creations, and then good for restricted
PDF file evaluations after 50 creations.

Configuration choices and default settings are
completed in the Admin >
Global Config > General > 2 Miscellaneous and in each workstation's
Admin > Local Config > General.

| Print-to-File is available using the Print
buttons located in many AVM-2000 forms, such as: Work Orders,
Invoices, P & E's, Quotes, Customer Adjs, Customer CMs, 337's, 8130's,
Log Books, W & B's, Inventory Reports, Aircraft Inspection Reports,
Cores Due Letters and Reports and MORE. Look for the new choice at the
bottom of the Print Picker window for "Print to File".

| Choose to "print" AVM-2000 documents
to PDF (the most widely used, universal file type in the world), or RTF,
HTML, Word2000.DOC, Excel2000.XLS or plain TXT.
(NOTE: PDF produces the best quality files, but other file options
remain available with varying limitations.)

| Email these files using the integrated
email functions in AVM-2000 (requires internet connection and configuration
of your email server's SMTP address). This integrated function will
not interfere with your normal email software functions. Filtered
lookups into the AVM-2000 Contact information for Customers, Vendors and
Aircraft make it easy to locate the email address/es you need.
