 | The Inventory module maintains small parts as well as serialized
equipment. History entries are marked against items when used on Work Orders.
The "WareHouse" function allows you to store identical parts in different
WareHouse locations. The "Classifications" function lets you mark
individual items as a certain type of Inventory; such as Shop Supplies, Small Parts,
Consignments, etc. (All Classifications are user-configured.) |
 | The Vendors/Manufacturers module integrates with Inventory Items
and lets you maintain address and unlimited contact information for each. |
 | Test Equipment records can be maintained by marking items with
Repairs and Calibrations completed and has the option for a "Warning" system
that lets you know when Test Equipment items are due for Calibration. |
 | Manuals / Tech Pubs tracks "Check In" and "Check
Out" of Manuals, tracks Reviews due, Revisions completed, etc. Also integrates
with Work Order tasks and will print out on Work Order print outs. |
 | The Auxiliary Parts Library contains the ASGAA/HoneyWell parts
catalog and will operate as a reference tool, or it can integrate with Inventory to update
pricing information. |
 | The ATA Codes database integrates with Work Order Tasks/Items. |
 | Mailer Letters is a database where you can maintain
letters/mailings to print and send to customers. Mailer Letters are printed using
the Customer Reports Queries so that you can easily narrow down the customer list to send
letters to. |
 | The Work Orders module allows up to 999 tasks per Work Order,
with unlimited Labor, Parts, Equipment and Other entries against each task. Start
new tasks from scratch, or use the Template, Copy, Transfer or "Import from
Quote" functions to easily start new tasks. Certain task functions integrate
with updating serialized Inventory that has been repaired on a Work Order and updating
Aircraft Inspections items. Many different print-out options available for
Teardown/Worksheets, Shop Copies of WO, Customer Copies of WO, "Simple" or
"Detailed" print outs, etc. Includes Parts Requisitions at the Task Level
with Reporting functions. |
 | The Work Orders Exchanges/Loaners/Repairs Tracking has reporting
functions and reminder letters that can be generated for customers. It can also
integrate with the PO's & Expenses module allowing you to directly charge a Work Order
for rental fees, shipping, repair charges, etc. during the PO/RO Receive process. |
 | WO Quick Labor Entries simplifies the labor entry function of
WO's by letting you enter a "batch" of labor entries in the same form; instead
of being forced to make entries on individual WO tasks. Using our Bar Code system
will speed entries even more. |
 | WO Quick Parts Entries simplifies adding parts to WO's by
letting you enter a "batch" of parts in the same form; instead of being forced
to make entries on individual WO tasks. Using our Bar Code system will speed entries
