| Databases such as Aircraft & Customers
integrate with the documentation functions to make generating forms quick and easy. |
| The Aircraft module maintains an Aircraft Inspection List, Installed Equipment
List, stores general inspection information about the aircraft and its engines,
etc. Basic Listing Reports can be generated from your Queries. |
| Aircraft Inspection records can be maintained for each
individual aircraft and includes reporting and mail merge letters for aircraft currently
due for inspections or maintenance items. All items based on calendar time or
aircraft hours. |
| The Customers database stores basic information about a
customer/aircraft owner such as address and contact information. |
| The Employees database stores address and contact info and lets
you designate certain employees as Inspectors for documents. Employee Reports lets
you print a list of all Employees in your system. |
| The Equipment Specs database stores data to be used with Weight
& Balances and includes a Capabilities List printed report. |
| The Phrases module lets you maintain a "library" of
canned text statements for use throughout the program. Store one-line or block text
phrases. Assign each phrase to a specific Category. (24 user-configured
Categories available.) A dedicated Category exists for all 337 Back Text Statements. |
| The Quotes module allows you to add individual Quote Items with
unlimited Labor, Equipment, Parts and Trades for each Item. Copy existing Quote
items using the Template feature. Prints Shop and Customer Copies with Details or
without. Quote Reports may be printed from your Queries. |

| Create and print Log Book Stickers. Multiple printing
options for different sized Log Books; and print to Eltron 2442 label printer. (Same
