GENERAL (included in ALL Levels of the AVM-2000) Optional Mods Our optional Security module will allow you to set up Menu and Control permissions for each user in your AVM-2000 system. Without Security, all users are permitted full access to all data, screens and functions of the AVM-2000. All users will be assigned user names and passwords; users may be denied access to specific menu options or specific controls such as Adding, Posting, Deleting, Printing, etc. The optional Print-to-File module allows users to "print" many AVM-2000 documents to PDF, RTF, HTML, Word2000.DOC, and plain TXT files, plus allows users to email* those files directly from AVM-2000 with no additional software necessary. (* May not work with all email addresses.) The optional ATC Module (Attendance Time Clock) allows ALL Employees to clock in and out of the AVM-2000 in place of using a standard time clock. Integration with Work Orders available for technicians. Hour reports available for input to your Payroll system; issue and track Sick, Vacation, Personal, Comp, Holiday hours; and more. The optional EDS Module (Electronic Document Storage) allows you to use the full version of Adobe® Acrobat® software in conjunction with the AVM-2000 to attach electronic documents, images and files against a specific AVM-2000 record, such as a PO, RO, Invoice, Work Order, Manual, etc. using PDF file format. Electronic Signatures (Optional) - provides users with the ability to print "electronic signatures", in the form of an electronic image of users' signatures, on documents in AVM-2000. Works with the optional Security module. The optional Batch/Lot Tracking Module allows you to trace and accurately cost your small parts inventory items. The optional Label Printing Module allows you to print Inventory SKU Labels, Address/Shipping Labels for Vendors and Customers, and a Component ID label for WO components to a dedicated desktop label printer. (Note: Label printer purchase not included; must be purchased separately.) The optional Checkbook Module allows you to manage multiple bank accounts, print Vendor checks, reconcile bank statements and link payments made to PO's, and payments received to Invoices. The TBO Components Module allows you to track life-limited aircraft components for any number of aircraft. Components can be tracked using any combination of time, cycles or calendar date. User will specify days, hours and/or cycles for Forecast Reporting, which may also be restricted to specific aircraft, a group of aircraft and/or specific components.
